As today is the first day of a new year, it seems like a perfect opportunity to start a new endeavor in the world of blogging!
I plan on posting examples of my finished paintings and drawings, works in progress, and inspirations. I will also write about museum and gallery exhibits of interest and share news about talented artist friends and colleagues.
This last year, 2015, was very productive. I've been busy creating a new body of work in preparation for an upcoming solo exhibition to be held later this month at the Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata. Over the next few posts I will document how 15 large canvases will be packed for the journey to the subcontinent.
